4. Pricing and Payment

All product prices are displayed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and include applicable VAT or taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.

We accept multiple payment methods, including:

• Mobile banking (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
• Debit/Credit cards
• Cash on Delivery (COD) (available in select areas)

Full payment must be made at the time of purchase or upon delivery, depending on the selected payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver products across Bangladesh. Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on your location and product availability. Any delays due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated as soon as possible.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned during checkout. Some remote areas may face limitations or longer delivery timelines.

6. Returns and Refunds

At BanglaDeal, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:

• Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery. If there is any issue—such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—the product can be returned immediately to the delivery agent, and a replacement or refund will be arranged.
• If a problem is identified after accepting the delivery, the customer must notify our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. To proceed with a return in such cases, the customer must provide valid evidence (e.g., photos or videos) clearly showing the issue.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Some products (such as perishable goods, personal care items, or digital products) may be non-returnable. This will be clearly indicated on the respective product pages.
• Refunds, once approved, will be processed through the original payment method or issued as store credit. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be arranged through mobile payment or bank transfer upon verification.
