Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery. If there is any issue—such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—the product can be returned immediately to the delivery agent, and a replacement or refund will be arranged.
If a problem is identified after accepting the delivery, the customer must notify our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. To proceed with a return in such cases, the customer must provide valid evidence (e.g., photos or videos) clearly showing the issue.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
